I’ve decided that my second career is going to be working in a bakery. In order to prepare for that, I’ve started decorating cakes. My first attempt at decorating was a cake for my mom’s birthday this past year. Since she loves turtles as much as I do, I figured that would be a fun cake to do. Here is the process and the finished product.
